Most are still detained and await return to their home counties under the CDC pandemic rules.

Border Patrol recently received instructions to re-process and release the migrants into the local community. Unless ICE reverses course, many will be released to local shelters to wait for transportation away from the border. TO A REALLY IMPOVERISHED AREA THANKS BIDEN
He needs to declare a statewide state of emergency, bring the NG back from DC and put them on the southern border, and redirect state funds to complete the wall across the entire state of Texas. Every border state with Republican governors should do that.
