The virus was not a fake hoax, but the response to it by Dem governors was. In fact, it could be argued that Cuomo's nursing home debacle was an intentional effort to increase the death count in NY. Why would Cuomo not take advantage of the empty hospital ship and Javits Center which Trump provided/manned for NY Covid patients? The extended shutdowns were an obvious effort to harm Trump. The red states opened up earlier and had lower death counts than the blue states.
