They ended up leaving the party screaming that I was a racist.
I was demanding they explain how I was racist. They screamed back that if I didn't know what I'd said was racist then I was obviously racist.
The people at the party knew they were the psychos. But kept aggressively telling me to stop provoking them with my demands to explain their accusations.
They left. And everyone knows who is the mental. But I'm unsure that people here might still think I'm racist... Because "why would they be so angry if he wasn't racist".

Probably because most folks have enough bullshit they're dealing with. You getting in arguments at a party or gathering no matter how right you are isn't something they might want. Peoples lives can't be about politics and all the bs all the time, they need escapes and I agree with them.

I agree with the folks hosting the party. There are some folks who have to make everything about politics and maybe that was those folks who you were in an argument that started it, but you can argue 24/7 online if you want that doesn't mean others want to hear it, especially at a party.
