I can see why you think this way. But know that these mask mandates are intended to be permanent. People do need to fight back. Just try walking in without one and see if they say anything first. You can put one on if you really have to when they ask but at least see if you can get away with it. You might be surprised.

Show them articles which prove it is more about control and compliance than effective protection, like the people who got kicked off a flight for wearing this mask.

Do both! I am all for showing them studies proving them wrong too. But people have to take the mask off. They will never "let" you go back to normal.
