I'm Jewish and the tweet that Ms Carano put out that caused this fuss was the opposite of antisemitism. It was a warning i.e. that if you isolate, ostracize and demonize a section of society (Jews in 1930s Germany, Tutsis in Rwanda, Conservatives in 2020s America) to the point where, with the blessings of a governmental blind eye they are being set upon by their neighbors, then ghettos, camps and worse await.
Luckily American Conservatives are armed.
The left seems very obsessed with specific groups, but if they don’t know who a group is (or they hate them) then they don’t care. For example, the CCP throws Uighurs into slave labor/concentration camps and they don’t seem to care. After all that’s not some group they’ve been specifically told shouldn’t be targeted, and it might upset some Han Chinese people or something to mention it. It’s like they can’t figure out that maybe, just maybe, it’s not ok to target anyone like this.
That’s what so disturbing because it’s like maybe they’d be ok with all this depending on who the group is.
