I have advocated for years that all doctors that perform procedures should display a spice rack they have built with their own hands along with a certificate of grading by any 7th grade shop teacher for fit, finish, and overall workmanship. If you have seen as many misplaced screws and unused drill holes in bones of all sorts and the utter confusion as to why a guide wire isn't following an artery displayed by practicing physicians as I have, this would be a no brainier.
