Yeah, there’s a thing in Durham North Carolina, likely in most inner cities, where young black kids, usually black males will get together and ride dirt bikes and four wheeler’s in the middle of the street and do crazy ass shit, block off intersections all types of illegal stuff. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. They are usually wearing mask or even ski mask. This was before Covid was a thing. The argument in my neighborhood is to not call the police on them because it endangers their life and they will probably get killed. I’ve seen it firsthand. This shit is real. People really think like this. Most racist group of fuckers out there.
