Congress snuck in some crap in the omnibus covid bill that Trump signed in December...The one that was over 5,000 pages that they had to vote on in one day. It bans USPS from shipping vaping products, more notably e-liquids. Now, UPS and FedEx joined the ban, so literally nothing can be shipped to consumers after April.
If that wasn't bad enough, purchasers of any e-liquid after April must have their information submitted to the ATF database. Also, your purchase orders are sent to the state tax board to pay a yearly excise tax on those products.
Online stores nationwide are already closing their doors.
You can also throw the vaping industry into the list of casualties. It will be completely dead in april.
What'd they pull now?
