The goal was to always scare the politicians into making the right move. I though that they would just be guided to an area near Capitol Hill, where they would make enough noise and news that the people in charge would be scared and the republicans could use to band together. Saying things like “there’re 2 million people outside that want us to tell them the election wasn’t stolen, that everything was fair, they don’t believe us because we haven’t demonstrated anything. There were clearly rules changes and chaos that resulted in the election being different from every election before this one. Why shouldn’t we look into it before declaring who won?”

The truth is there were provocateurs in the crowd and things were purposely left out of control by opportunistic individuals. We wanted to make our voices heard and swift the narrative.
