It's up to governors if they keep their national guard troops there or not. Any Republican governor should be getting a lot of calls asking when they're pulling their troops out of that swamp.

He's in D.C., the closest state is Maryland. He's probably getting most of his guards from there, and I don't think their rino governor Larry Hogan will have much concern over having a bunch of his citizens continue to sleep in parking garages.
