I can believe that maybe he has accomplished something very rudimentary with a pig or a monkey... but keep in mind that "playing video games" can be something extremely simple. I don't think what he's talking about or implying is anywhere near being an available reality. I do think plenty of idiots would line up for this though.
I would not doubt that it’s already been secretly tested on human volunteers, and what we’re seeing now is the “testing” period being revealed to the public. It’s probably been in the works for a long time, and may not be from him alone. He could just be the friendly, well known face they are attributing to it, thinking that he’s now accepted and trusted by the public. He has come out saying some really based things, that got a lot of people thinking he’s one of us.
