They're literally taking the money from farm aid so the feds can buy up farmland and just give it to random black people because apparently the most pressing issue for the country is we need more black farmers.
the black people thing is a farce. most black people default on their home loans (which is why nobody lends to them w/o the government forcing them to anyways). no way they can keep an agriculture operation even remotely profitable.
