As a former California resident every election my home saw 2-3x as many mail in ballots as people who lived there. This was no mistake it was to give ample ballots to the ballot harvesters who go door to door in heavily hispanic neighborhoods. The ballot harvesting's biggest impact was to sway local elections typically only 2% of the people vote in local elections so they weren't reliably leftist. They also bolster California's fake numbers in the General Elections.
This special election would be on Dominion machines and none of the voters would be verified like they're doing the 1.5 million votes now. If by some miracle both CA and NY governors could be removed from office for Trump supporters, it would be game over. The odds are very low, about 2.5% but it's still worth a try to see how they steal it.
