I know a ton of active and former military, and I still don't know what the military has or hasn't done.
I do know what most of of them would like to do.
Can we knock it off with the binary all-or-none simplistic thinking? There's more to all of this than we are privileged to know.
The military isn't some Borg-like entity with one hive mind purpose. It's made up of normal Americans, most of whom take their oaths seriously. Just because our political leadership has failed them is no reason to discard their loyalty. The final act of this play has yet to begin and you have no information otherwise.
Not sure why more people haven't downvoted your comment. Three of my children volunteered to serve in the U.S. Navy (one still active). I couldn't be more proud of their commitment to this country.

In 2018, Trump canceled his visit to the American Cemetery in France. The reason cited was poor weather conditions for helicopter flight. I have always suspected there was a greater security reason behind why, but we'll never know. This man wouldn't let a grounded helicopter stop him from paying his respects to those who died fighting for America.
on so many occasions, and not just as cic but as a human being, prez maga has demonstrated his love and care for the troops and veterans. the ONLY thing that would have kept him away from that cemetery in france was a threat of violence; i'm convinced of it.
