They tried to, earlier today, to allow witnesses' testimony, but they ran like shrieking cowards from it when the Repubs said they'd call Pelosi to the stand.
This needed to be shut down. Now the Dems have to answer to their constituents why they haven't done anything they promised.
The drama will be in how they get rid of Xiden. No way they can play "Hide the 'president'" for four years without having even the normies smell something going on. Therefore they'll have to get rid of his dementia ridden, useless pedophile ass.
I have two theories on how they'll do this:
They have him sign off on some "landmark legislation" that is complete bullshit, but allow him to walk-off in some "glorious, mic-drop moment" and go out on that note. Leaving a legacy in their altered history books far different from his near half century of pure corruption and outright criminality.
The Left's/Xiden's approval numbers tank so badly they have him assassinated. The idea thinking that there will be some sympathy bubble that will rally people in favor of anything the Left wants. Particularly after they try to hang the assassination on some made-up Conservative boogey man. They may try this right before the 2022 mid-terms for a little extra boost to provide cover for more election thefts. "Well, the Dems got a big boost after the assassination of Xiden by the alt-right Trump supporter (add first-middle-last name of attacker here.) So that completely explains why Republicans didn't fare as well as experts originally predicted."
