Correct but they would now be faced with the pesky first amendment.
The House could impeach Trump again tomorrow for not letting himself be impeached the past 2 times. They don't care and they don't have to give a fuck cause there are no rules to impeachment (except that the Chief Justice had to be there).
It really is a farce and America as a Nation is suffering because of this hatred and persecution of Trump. I still have high hopes for March 4th as I have to cling on to something.....
Well not my place to take away that hope. But mine is vested in a different place. Namely Biden's brain passing another aneurysm and incapacitating him for 3 years on life support with the Democrats too scared to put Kamala in.
