It's not semantics. The US chamber of commerce is a lobbying group for the big businesses, usually advocating more immigration and off shore manufacturing under the guise of free trading/open market. They called themselves chamber of commerce to give them an air of legitimacy and confuse the normies.
That is not a GOP donor. I am talking about large businesses, not the govt body that controls them
