I knew this old WW2 vet who fought over europe. He was a bomber pilot, and he always used to say " you know that when the fire and flack are the heaviest, you're right over the target." I genuinely believe that the dem response to everything our president has done during his first administration is because he's flipping over their elitist game boards, and not playing by their bullshit rules. I believe that when he promised to drain the swamp, he only saw the surface and had no idea how deep and full of shit that swamp was, but he went in anyways, for us... Every step of the way, Trump has faced the worst kind of resistance, and bitter hatred from his opponents, and he keeps coming back for more. He is truly the president for, by, and of the people, and I'm honored to have been able to vote for him twice, and looking forward to voting for him again. MAGA never would have been possible in 4 or 8 years knowing what we know now, but Trump started an age of enlightenment where it's up to us to question and ultimately buck the status quo if need be. What a timeline bois
I copied that and am sending it to my two adult kids.
"...he's flipping over their elitist game boards" is a perfect analogy. I said about impeachment that the establishment wanted to remove his game piece from the board.
Your analogy is much more accurate. This is a temper tantrum. Thanks, Fren.
