Quite possible, but only if Piglosi and Schumer decide to go with it. Only need a simple majority to bar from office. Though since there is very little precedent I'd have to imagine it would go to the courts. Who knows? It's uncharted territory.

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
its still a 2/3rds vote. but section 1 of the 14th says if they are convicted of insurection and he was just acquitted so i really dont know. they just make shit up as they go
