I can tell you an interesting thing about people who run after PhDs. I don't seek a PhD because I do not need to prove my intellectual prowess that way. I think anyone who has read my comments will respect my thinking. It stands for itself.
The people who chases after PhD's these days do so because they feel they have something to prove. A signed piece of paper however can never be a substitute for a brilliant mind which can speak far more loudly than a mere sheet of paper which rustles in the wind and has nothing to hold on with blown away by the slightest bit of my flatulence.
Like all currency it is really meaningless if there's nothing real to back it up. People who chase PhD's these days tend to do so because they do not have the gold reserves you might expect in their cranial vaults.
I've been alone in a room against seven Muslims. I've been alone in a room against seven Christians. I've been alone in a room against seven PhDs. The latter of which, I don't like saying it because of how much I abhor Muslims the most and then Christians but in that case I truly felt myself the only brain in the room and the only one with a soul. As an intellectual that puts the truth above all else it is a chilling realisation. At least now I know. I've eaten PhD students for lunch. Multiple occasions. Many of them are actually trying to find a way to not have to think.
When they face me and my brain they're not up to it. One went insane and got the police called on me. I explained to them the situation and they went on their way. Another got fired trying to get me fired so I fired myself and they begged me to come back to nope. I'm clever you see. I gave them what they wanted and it destroyed them. Alright you win I concede make the most out of it. They were begging me after that to win but I was like nope you won, you ordered it now you have to eat it.
I respected normal people more than these pseudo-intellectuals. They can't even make the most of their excess intelligence where as day to day I meet normal people who make even more out of less. I'm proud of them.
You're probably smarter than them. They stayed in school. What does that tell you? You probably used your brain. Faced real challenges up front rather than staying in the bunker. I focused on being intellectual because I sucked at everything else. I think a lot of people go down that road because they suck at everything. I have been arrogant sometimes. These intellectuals of today lack even that, self awareness. They call themselves progressives yet cannot even feel the ground beneath their feet.
Those of us that do learn to think for ourselves, not something I learnt because I was made that way but a natural loner so I had to succeed in the face of being born to fail. Yet in a rare occasion you have a perfect match of the best way to learn to climb is being born at the bottom. Those born at the top can only learn to fall.
They are misery guts. They have it way more easier than I do and yet they complain even more! It's never enough for them. It's always too much or too little. All I want is for them to just leave me alone. They can't get enough of me apparently.
