There have been a lot of studies on this subject. The reason being is, water needs electricity. You can only go three days without water, and without electricity, all your water sources will be polluted.

True, but then everybody else will be going there too, and there will always be that one asshole who wants to control everybody else. In fact, that would be the worst place to be. In a crisis, you never want to go where everybody else is going.
