GEOTUS can run, and easily win, a Congressional seat in a red Florida district (such as in the panhandle, which has ruby red districts). There is no requirement that he live in that district, just be an "inhabitant" of that state - https://www.thoughtco.com/residency-requirements-for-congress-3971823

Once he's in Congress he has the following (by us and other pedes) to put enough fear in the other Rs to elect him Speaker of the House. ICYMI Speaker of the House is third in line of Presidential Succession. https://executivebranch20141.weebly.com/presidential-succession-and-vp.html

We all know that there was massive fraud in the 2020 election. Entirely possible that state by state the truth is discovered and the record corrected state by state. As many folks are aware, there are pending cases at the Supreme and other courts that could also affect the final totals. All of this could take a considerable amount of time, possibly several years, which is why I think that GEOTUS should run for Speaker, if for nothing more than being able to rip up Xiden's SOTU speech as he delivers it (ala Nancy).

He might win back his seat via Quo Warranto which is described here https://www.thepostemail.com/2021/01/12/quo-warranto-the-two-words-biden-pelosi-fear-most/

That would probably take a very long time though because I don't believe it's ever been used to overturn a Presidential election. I'm no lawyer but have studied this pretty closely and heard lawyers speak on this exact same topic. ICYMI all spending bills have to ORIGINATE in the house, so the Speaker has a TREMENDOUS amount of power. GEOTUS could refuse to fund stuff like refugee services, housing of illegal alien services, green new deal stuff, etc. Biden has transfer authority but if the overall discretionary funding level is kept low (by pay-go in Newt's era, or a similar method) he won't be able to move much around without pissing lots of people off. I think he can really release his inner Chad as Speaker of the House, much more so than as President, since he's only accountable to the people that live in that one ruby red district that he represents.

He can run for Congress and become Speaker in 2022, then run for President again in 2024. If he loses the Presidential race (e.g., we haven't fixed the cheating) he can still keep his seat in the house - most politicians run for both at the same time, giving up the lesser seat if they win the higher office. Thus, worst case scenario he can continue to be a royal PITA to whoever is in the White House.

Key word there "can". Equates to "maybe" or "might". We never win playing by their rules. Time to start making our on. Not dumping on your idea, friend, just changing the timeline.

The swamp is extremely deep, and growing deeper by the minute, so it just seems like it's going to take forever if it ever happens at all.

That's why many of us are advocating for State Sovereignty. It already exists, it just needs teeth. It's how the States were formed. I'm not calling for a convention of states, by the way. I'm saying we need to bring our power home and use the State to limit the vast overreach and overspending of the Federal Government. We will never get anywhere trying to reform DC. It's gone.
