Bitch McTurtleface already spilled the beans. They plan to prosecute him in civilian court.

Their "evidence" disproved itself just by leaving the videos playing a few seconds longer to add the actual context. I'm not sure that will cut it in any actual courts.

The point isn't to convict him as much as it is to continue to demonize and vilify him and the MAGA movement. This will not end until they are stopped with overwhelming force.

Nah think of the optics blahblahblah usual dribble and primarying.

Anyone who would hate him already does, though. If anything, he gains support as the ridiculousness escalates.

Unfortunately I'm not sure "actual" courts really exist anymore.

I'm sure photoshopped tweets and "yes he said the same thing every politician has ever said BUT-" will go great.

It depends on the judge and how much they can stack the jury.

In an actual court anyone advancing fake evidence would lose their law license. I don’t think these sharks would do that.

Does that still apply?

Good luck finding a jury after a nationally televised impeachment has already taken place. It’s be impossible to try this man in any court in America at this point.
