I don't feel like my heart is warmed reading this. An innocent 73 year old woman was shot. A 12 year old child has to live with the trauma of killing a person. And worst of all, she didn't get the second one from the sound of it.

I did consider missing the second perp may impact her future but she should be proud of what she accomplished. She did more to save grandma than Cuomo did.

Right. It would’ve been a happy story if a veteran neighbor who could literally gouge a man to death and not lose a wink of sleep had shot both the intruders PRIOR to them injuring anyone and they had both lived with horrific injuries/disabled - THAT would’ve been a happier story.
