Now they're threatening to use the 14th Amendment to try to ban Trump from running for office again. If they succeed in this, someone is going to find out what a real insurrection is. Disenfranchising 80+ million voters is not acceptable.

It’s says if you’re guilty of insurrection. They were going to use this if they convicted him but that part fell through today so they’re going to try it anyway. Bold strategy, Let’s see how it works out
