The democrats paint a narrative in the media that GOP = bad and dem = good for Mexicans. In reality, given the values Mexicans have, the GOP/Trump have always adhered to their values better.
Also, most people aren't smart enough to figure out what government policies will actually help them. The left is great at making policy that looks like it'll help but in fact only makes things worse.
