Pence didn't use his power to accept the alternate electors or reject the bogus electors.

Trump didn't use his power to use the military and insurrection act.

Pence did no worse than Trump did.

The funny thing is, Trump didn't use the insurrection act because of optics - he would have looked like a dictator calling in the military. Then the left called in the military, tried Trump for insurrection, and still have the military surrounding DC. They didn't care about optics. They acted.

You can't condemn Pence for doing the same thing Trump did. Both failed to use their legal powers to do the right thing - stop the steal.
