SCOTUS is being shown evidence about the election fraud right now if I'm correct. They are preparing to right the election by direction of the military.
If the SCOTUS rules in favor of the challengers, the cases will be sent back to the District Courts for trial. There will be no instant gratification. The military will not be involved.

I don’t believe SCOTUS have the balls to hand down a decision that will invalidate an election.
