Yes- but they are considering it again. If will be used to bolster civil suits from family members of those who died at the capitol on 1/6 file. I am sure they will pressure families to sue. The end game is to teach us a lesson- that they will relentlessly pursue us just like they do President Trump if we continue to resist.
