Do you mean his weird rhetoric that GEOTUS us morally responsible and hasn't gotten away with anything yet? That is because he and the uniparty are working behind the scenes to have the DC attorney general prosecute GEOTUS.

DC AG said he would a month ago and nothing happened because there is nothing there. An actual criminal case is even harder to prove than a fake political sham one.
