My mother is in real estate, she entered a home the other week and the owners' 3 year was literally hiding from her because strangers are to be avoided

I was leaving target yesterday and as I was pulling away I saw a mother and her 2 children in masks. The youngest child appeared to be less than 3 years old and still wearing diapers. This is child abuse. It's disgusting.
