It's part of the whole respect those who house you and to respect your home wherever that happens to be sorta thing. But, that being said, there is sometimes the issue of asians taking their homes with them wherever they go. But that's with every nation, including other western nations true story, so I think it has more to do with multiculturalism at its core. When every single other culture self-segregates into their own mini cities, it only makes sense for you and yours to do the same, sadly.
