I didn’t see where he said he had proof the boxes were ballots and that the votes were for Biden. I don’t doubt that both points are true but we need proof.
Shift change happens around this same time- 4:30. They spend 2 hours counting these fraudulent ballots and then at 6:30 we see a spike w 96% for Biden.
IF these were legitimate, then simple: explain why they came in late and show the poll watcher and chain of custody. Problem solved. Until I see that, this is video evidence of fraud.
