To be fair, as another guy commented, this data was obviously worked out backwards. Or this list is in order of % votes so the display will all be 65.9% or close. It’s real bad science at work i believe.
My theory, which I can't prove, is some or maybe all of the machines don't count the votes for each candidate, they just count total ballots. Then a percentage is applied to each candidate. The only way to see how many votes each got is to work backwards.
