Yes: Strict National voter-ID mandates with a temporary suspension on mail-in voting. Votes will be counted by hand, under the supervision of the military, and forensically cross checked. Any attempt by an individual to disrupt or alter the vote totals will be seen as a coup attempt and result in an instant death penalty case.
The ONLY way this happens is by Constitutional Amendment - the only way a Constitutional Amendment happens in our current political climate is through a Constitutional Convention of States. Beyond a convention, nothing WE THE PEOPLE want will happen over the next 12 or 100 years.
The states violated their own laws - Texas lost the battle - there is no recourse for SCOTUS when it comes to State Election Laws - this is part of the Federal System - the states are sovereign. They choose their own electors. If they break there own laws, SCOTUS doesn't have standing to fix. The individual vote doesn't matter, even if it's a fraud. The states are not bound to votes being used to select electors, the legislature can vote however they want, and the people's recourse is to vote them out of office. Oh wait, the systems are rigged, so you aren't going to do that either.
The only way to fix the system via the rigged system is via Constitutional Convention of States, and that will likely NOT happen. Therefore - secession may be the only option. States do not have the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing! It's ALL smoke and mirrors.

An objective media willing to ask him tough questions and broadcast his answers to the public.
A majority in the House.
2/3 majority in the Senate.
An objective Chief Justice.
A public willing to hear and act on the truth.
