Do we the people have any legal recourse against the senators who perpetrated this sham impeachment? It was done in violation of the constitution. The house managers fabricated or falsified evidence. I'm going to check out procedures to file bar complaints for the ones that falsified evidence. I don't know if there is any other recourse

If any of the senators or representatives are attorneys, you may be able to file an ethics complaint (to get them disbarred) for presenting evidence that they knew (or should have known) was false
No. They have congressional immunity from everything under the speech and debate clause of the constitution. You have no legal remedy, you have no quantifiable damage.
Not a lawyer, however believe our official recourse goes beyond that when they no longer count votes. Think the term "blood of tyrants" is used.

Getting them disbarred would make a good talking point for any one trying to get them recalled or running against them in an election. Remember, the democrats figured out a long time ago, the process is the punishment.

Well, impeachment IS a political, not legal act, with an obviously non existent threshold. It has been made absolutely meaningless in the last four years.

I suggest suing them for slander, false accusation, defamation. Many things. Not just surrounding their attack and setup on the PEACEFUL American people 1/6. Their bailouts. Chinese spies. Corruption. Drugs. Murders (Scarborough), etc.

Censure. Impeach. Removal from office. Primary if impeachment fails. Not sure about bar removal, you would have to also find an honest judge and prosecutor for any criminal followup.

You either were overworked or worked for someone unethical, or both. Strong advocacy for our client requires a strong hand. Confidence is seen by the weak as arrogance.
