Do we the people have any legal recourse against the senators who perpetrated this sham impeachment? It was done in violation of the constitution. The house managers fabricated or falsified evidence. I'm going to check out procedures to file bar complaints for the ones that falsified evidence. I don't know if there is any other recourse

Getting them disbarred would make a good talking point for any one trying to get them recalled or running against them in an election. Remember, the democrats figured out a long time ago, the process is the punishment.
Problem is that the state bar associations are not on the side of America. They take the “ liberal interpretation of the law” to the extreme. Thanks Warren Court
They will probably say that an impeachment court isn’t the same thing, and that you don’t even need to be a lawyer to participate, so what a politician does while on an impeachment court isn’t their business...
Well, impeachment IS a political, not legal act, with an obviously non existent threshold. It has been made absolutely meaningless in the last four years.
