After reading many responses from Democrats it’s abundantly clear to me that these people are very stupid. I also believe the Democrat politicians view them as stupid, useful idiots. I now view the generic Democrat voter the same as a cosmopolitan city dweller views anyone from the south. That is to say, as idiots worthy of my disdain. Democrats have the same critical thinking, and ability for reflecting on their beliefs and biases as children. This is so clear to me now. The gap between what actually happened on Jan 6th versus the beliefs held by the generic Democrat, leads me to believe something is wrong there. I don’t want to call it “stupidity” because that seems too simple. There is something fundamentally missing in their reasoning ability, the cause may be multi variant, but the result is a lack of thinking, and I just don’t know what else to call it.

Don't let yourself lump them all in the same 'idiot' basket. A coworker of mine was eight months ago buying everything MSM was selling, because that was the entirety of his news diet. Slowly but surely, I exposed him to alt media reporting, specifically with video and photographs of the things the MSM were lying about. He has become much more centrist since. There remains hope. Remember that while we can't redpill everyone, we can still save some.
Pelosi's hilarious tantrum had to be an act. There's no way the dem politicians actually believed trump was going to be convicted. They are all just larping and playing political theatre (probably to distract from other things)

I think it's just a lot of people accept whatever people in authority are saying without questioning it. The average CNN would watcher would probably tell you something like "CNN is for educated people". Basically these people think they are being smart and getting informed with quality news sources without really questioning it. And then if this keeps going for years it's gonna make you pretty extreme because MSM has gotten very extreme ever since Trump.
