I wish, herb is still illegal here in KY. I just spent a week in Vegas and it was pretty cool to be able to walk into a store and buy herb. I have been saying it for years, but if the Republicans would drop that RINO war on drugs shit, we would stay on top. It is REALLY holding us back trying to be gatekeepers on other people's bodies and saying that cigarettes and alcohol is ok but weed isn't for some reason. If the republicans flipped their stance on weed, the dems would lose A LOT of ground.
