It seems the older generation is falling for this most. My in laws are anxious to get theirs. It is sad.

Look into NAC ( n-acetyl-l-cysteine).
What would NAC do? It's more for OD with Tylenol since it replenishes the Glutathione that is used in Tylenol metabolism.
Edit: Since I dont know her past medical history, I could guess she may have had Heart Failure at one point and she may need an increase in her Loop Diuretic, so she could be diuresed. However, that is a far out guess. I do hope she recovers well!
You sound as if you have more knowledge that I - I remember reading about use of nac with heart failure pts. ( on hemodialysis)- reduced symptoms. Just throwing it out there as an avenue to explore in case it may help. Generally thought to support lung function. Wish her the best as well.

I read it causes allergic reactions in quite a few people. Her symptoms sound like early stage pneumonia. She will be in my prayers

My parents are getting the Pfizer shot Tuesday! I told my brainwashed mother that these shots are killing people and she says "I haven't heard of 1 person dying" and I said "yeah I know why you haven't heard anything" her n my dad conservatives thru n thru until 2007 when dad lost his IT contracting job to some foreigner. Update on Mudder, she was just taken by ambulance to the hospital. Don't know if she will make or not
She does have a pacemaker and is on blood thinner, she's been on a downward spiral since a hard fall a year ago. She's a wonderful woman and just started showing signs of alzheimer's, which I blame a lot of it on the fall she had.
I told her not to get it, but what's done is done. I hope she doesn't get a second one, if she survives this one
