Understand this: The Constitution doesn't exist to protect the rights of people that you like, it exists to protect the rights of the people you disagree with. James Madison and Thomas Jefferson were Deists. They were aware of Muslims at the time of constructing our Constitution and Bill of Rights. I would argue that nothing in our Constitution allows for the radical forms of Islam or any Ideology. The issue is with the corruption protecting bad actors from multiple self-interest groups pushing an agenda. We used to be pretty anti-Catholic as country and would not elect Catholic as President until JFK. I refuse to hate any group based on radicals within their religion, we don't treat Catholics like terrorist because of the IRA.
