Yeah I wouldn't be against that. But it has this red plastic piece as the forward sight which catches ambient light and kind of functions like a red dot.

Trust me, an RMR is worth it :D Need to get a bit of training with it, but it makes life easier :D

I have a Holosun 507K on my P365 and it makes a huge difference.

Never really tried Holosun, might be my "prejudice" and just buying old school brands without questioning... how do they hold up? any issues? good for the money?

That's true, no argument there, iron sights first :-) Though once you do the switch, it does need a bit of adjustment training...

red plastic is entry level, get the tritium glow-in-the dark ironsights, they're fantastic in daytime too.
