Congress should have a double portion of punishment. Because, they made the laws to live by. So, those of us who live by the law should have our reward by having them punished harshly and with little mercy. Walking into our Capitols and halls of government means to be honest and trust worthy . Maybe put a plaque above the doors asking everyone to swear to tell the truth inside all government buildings.
