I think they will take a better look at it as it is not as massive of a case as the TX one was. I think they are more apt to make smaller fundamental decisions/changes over redoing the whole thing. Its clear that the laws being challenged have not been followed, I just wonder what precedent they will set for each of the different state lawsuits.
