That doesn’t make her not ok. If you’re a girl, you’re constantly hounded of when you will be having children and there is immense pressure of getting married. If you don’t, you’re deemed a failure or wronged. Other woman are bad at too, constantly putting down other woman just because they didn’t pop a kid out of their vagina.
The mental unease she is surely feeling (enough to feel the need to convince herself in this way) is primarily biological, not societal, in its origin. Nature programmed in the need to have kids into women, like it programmed the need to fuck into guys - you get depressed and misaligned if you dont.
