Most humans aren't meant to be ultra rich. There needs to be at least some threat of losing your welfare, status, property, etc. in order to stay balanced. Hollywood elites are pumped so full of dopamine on a daily basis that they lose grips with reality faster than usual. When everyone grovels at your feet, never corrects you, acts like you can do no wrong and treats every thought/word you say as some form of brilliance, you tend to get out of touch with normal behavior.

Hollywood elites are NPCs of a whole different breed. Their lives are echo chambers and group thought.
