In September we went to California. Friday night I filled up the rental car in preparation for dropping it off. Paid almost $4/gal in SoCal. Saturday flew home, topped off my car Saturday night for under $2/gal. California's gas tax is so high it's insane, and now they're saying they need a new tax because of all the electric vehicles that don't pay gas tax, but the new tax won't apply to just people that own electric cars, it'll apply to everyone.

The gas hike was also to fund the High Speed Rail that doesn't exist.
Its called communism. Kind of like when everyone's taxes goes up when the poor are given all these "stimulus checks". Its just raw communism
