This isn't related to the 2020 election as he resigned from Stacy Abram's fraud gang in Jan 2020. The cases he is implicated in happened in 2019 when he was just a CEO of that group and not running for election. If he or any other Senator gets convicted of a felony then they get tossed, just so happens in Georgia the Gov can appoint whoever they want regardless of party.
If you believe the courts would allow that to happen you have not been paying attention to how they handle election fraud.
