You can buy a crock pot, and some food, and make your own.

Never exchange money for intelligence. Use the intelligence and keep the money.

The trick to a good loaf of bread is to cook it in a Dutch oven. And you can’t use bleached flour. Buy whole wheat flour. Use a scale to measure the ingredients. For every 100 grams of whole wheat flour, use 70 grams of water. To make a starter, mix the flour and water in a jar, and leave it on the counter for 12 hours. Then add some more flour and water to feed the yeast culture.
