Before I started taking vitamin D, a regular head cold would linger for about 4 days for me.

After taking vitamin D regularly for the entire year, I had a cold that lasted less than 48 hours and I didn't feel nearly as bad as other colds.

Take your vitamins.

Better than that, get some sun. Take your shirt off outside for 15 mins per day.

The evidence says that your blood Vit D level is important. But sun exposure seems to be extra beneficial. It’s likely there are more mechanisms than simply raising D levels.

There are large swaths of people living in regions where going outside for 15min/day and shirtless would be not only unproductive but also unreasonable and potentially life-threatening. VIT D supplementation is crucial my dude.
